Projects Global is about providing an end-to-end marine consulting and partnership model that is geared to defining and delivering the transformational change or business improvement you are seeking.

What continually sets us apart from other consulting firms is that we are able to define strategic plans and objectives, develop operational plans for the business to follow in order to achieve them, and we are able to implement these plans and integrate them into the business. We fit solutions, systems, plans, strategies and standards to our client’s business and do not try to force our clients into someone else’s ideas.

The outcomes achieved by Projects Global in each of the projects it has undertaken are testament to the team’s ability to work effectively with a broad range of clients and stakeholders together with the various levels of staff and crew within those organisations. We provide comprehensive maritime support services including safety and compliance audits, safety management system development and review, environmental audits, project management and training.

Managing Director, Steven Moon OAM is described by his peers as an innovative, strategic senior executive with strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing and delivering maritime projects that drive change, deliver outstanding results and exceed expected targets. He has comprehensive knowledge of national maritime safety system including national law, subordinate legislation, qualifications and training requirements and possesses excellent relationship management expertise with a proven ability to build, manage and leverage relationships with regulators, operators and government stakeholders.

Steve is an expert communicator and presenter with demonstrated skills in persuading, influencing and negotiating and the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders. He has a strong record of delivering training, coaching and mentoring programs complemented by a proven history of successful project management for maritime operators and other marine stakeholders.

These skills are further complimented by exceptional safety management expertise with experience delivering multifaceted safety outcomes for occupational and recreational divers, seafaring personnel and commercial and recreational vessels. In 2016, Steve was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for his contribution to Marine Environment Preservation.
